BedRock / Venture-building program
Next batch: Winter 26 · October – December 2026
Build what Mexico will buy.
BedRock helps ambitious founders turn ideas into products that people want, businesses that can scale, and companies that are ready for venture capital.
10 weeks. One structured process. Build, validate, and launch.
Build → Validate → Invest
01 / The problem
Good ideas don't build companies.
Too many founders spend months developing products nobody wants, chasing metrics that don't matter, or preparing pitches before they have a business.
The problem is rarely a lack of ambition. It is a lack of structure, market validation, execution discipline, and honest feedback.
BedRock is designed to change that.
02 / The BedRock approach
Build first. Prove it. Then scale.
We believe entrepreneurship should be treated as an empirical process.
- 01Start with a hypothesis.
- 02Build the smallest useful version.
- 03Put it in front of real customers.
- 04Measure what happens.
- 05Learn.
- 06Iterate.
- 07Repeat.
The goal is not to create a convincing story.
The goal is to create evidence that a business can work.
03 / Built for Mexico
Global ambition. Local reality.
Building a company in Mexico comes with specific commercial, operational, regulatory, and capital-market realities. BedRock is designed around them.
We focus on whether a business can actually acquire customers, generate revenue, operate efficiently, and scale within Mexico's economic and commercial environment — while building the foundations for expansion beyond it.
04 / What founders build
Every week moves the company forward.
- 01Customer discovery
- 02Problem validation
- 03Product design
- 04MVP development
- 05Go-to-market
- 06Pricing and business model
- 07Sales
- 08Growth metrics
- 09Unit economics
- 10Operations
- 11Fundraising strategy
- 12Investor readiness
05 / A different standard
We don't optimize for presentations.
We optimize for progress.
A polished pitch deck is useful. A product with customers is better.
A strong narrative is useful. Revenue, retention, and evidence of demand are better.
At BedRock, founders are expected to confront assumptions, measure results, and make decisions based on evidence.
Execution is the curriculum.
06 / The program
10 weeks to build. 1 week to review what happened next.
The core BedRock program runs for 10 weeks. Founders move from idea validation to product development, market testing, commercialization, and investment preparation.
After the program, we reconvene for a follow-up investment review — giving founders time to demonstrate what happened after the initial build period.
